An AI employee is software configured to carry out a specific job, with access to specific systems and permissions defined by the business. It is not a general assistant asked to improvise. It is a role with a scope.
That distinction matters. A role is only useful when the work around it is understood: what it answers, what information it collects, which system it updates, what it is not permitted to promise, and where it stops and hands off. Configure a role loosely and you get confident-sounding guesses. Configure it deliberately and you get dependable, repeatable work.
Every ACORP build follows the same method: define the job, prepare accurate source information, connect the right systems, set the limits, and test it against real scenarios before it goes live.
