Who we are

ACORP is the trade name of Aldasouqi L3C, a Michigan low-profit limited liability company (LARA file number 28678917), located at 5982 Shadowlawn Ct, East Lansing, MI 48823. Throughout these Terms, "ACORP", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Aldasouqi L3C dba ACORP.

The service

ACORP provides AI Hire — seven role-based AI employees (receptionist, executive assistant, sales, social media, content, legal documentation and website builder) — plus configuration, onboarding, and ongoing support. The specific configuration for your business is confirmed during onboarding.

AI employees follow the instructions and permissions you approve. Legal documents produced by the AI team are drafts for review; a licensed human attorney signs anything legal. Nothing in the service constitutes legal advice.

Subscription and billing

The service is billed as a recurring monthly subscription of $99 per month, charged to the payment method on file.

Your first month is charged up front when you subscribe.

Your subscription renews automatically each month at $99 until cancelled.

There are no per-lead fees and no per-item fees. Prepaid annual plans, where offered, are quoted separately before payment.

Prices exclude applicable taxes, which are added at checkout where required.

Refunds

The first month is non-refundable once provisioning of your AI team begins, because configuration work is performed specifically for you.

After the first month, you may cancel at any time and the service remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for. No further charges occur after cancellation.

Cancellation

To cancel, email a@acorpagency.com from the email address on your account. We will confirm your cancellation within three business days, effective at the end of your current billing period.

You may also cancel at any time by emailing a@acorpagency.com. Cancellation is always available; there is no minimum term and no early-termination fee.

Fair use

The service is provided for one business per subscription. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, resell access without agreement, or use the service in violation of applicable law — with notice where practicable.

No results guarantee

ACORP does not promise specific business outcomes — including call volume, leads, bookings, revenue, or timelines. Employee performance depends on your instructions, your market, and factors outside our control.

Nothing on our website is a guarantee of results. Public comparisons and statistics reflect sources cited where used, and are not promises about your account.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACORP's total liability arising from or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data.

Privacy

Data collection and use are described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Ingham County, Michigan.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "last updated" date, and continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
