1. About These Terms

The free 100-Day Course on building a low-cost digital business is provided by ALDASOUQI L3C, doing business as ACORP, a Michigan low-profit limited liability company, LARA file number 28678917 (“ACORP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our address is 5982 Shadowlawn Ct, East Lansing, MI 48823.

By accessing or using the course, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the course.

2. Educational Content Only

The course is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional familiar with your circumstances.

Your use of the course does not create an attorney-client, fiduciary, advisory, or other professional relationship between you and ACORP.

3. No Income or Results Guarantees

ACORP makes no express or implied claims, promises, or guarantees that you will earn income, make a profit, become a millionaire, build a successful business, reach any financial target, or achieve any other particular result by using or completing the course. Results vary and depend on many factors, including your decisions, effort, experience, resources, market conditions, and circumstances.

Any examples or testimonials, if included, describe individual experiences or illustrative scenarios. They are not promises or representations that you will achieve the same or similar results, or that those results are typical.

4. Your Decisions and Actions

You are responsible for your own business decisions, actions, and results, including evaluating whether any information is appropriate for your situation and complying with applicable laws and regulations. Consider consulting qualified legal, tax, financial, or other professionals before making decisions that affect your business or finances.

5. Course Materials and Use

Course materials are for your personal, educational use. You may not copy, distribute, sell, republish, or otherwise reproduce or make the materials available to others without ACORP’s prior written permission, except where applicable law permits.

6. Signups and Privacy

If you sign up for course delivery, ACORP may collect your name and email address and use them to provide the course, as described in the ACORP Privacy Policy, including its description of course-platform data use. By signing up, you consent to those uses. You may unsubscribe from course or marketing emails using the unsubscribe link provided. Unsubscribing may stop course delivery by email.

7. Changes and Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the course or these Terms at any time, with or without notice. Continued use of the course after revised Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the course and its materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ACORP does not warrant that the course will be complete, accurate, current, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your needs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACORP and its owners, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, income, business opportunities, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the course.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACORP’s total liability for claims arising from or related to the course or these Terms will not exceed US $100. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Governing Law

Michigan law governs these Terms, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This does not limit any rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
